The Davis County Sheriff's Office operates 24 hours per day 7 days per week,
this position may require working weekends, holidays and rotating shifts.
Assignments for this position are based on need and may include :

Davis County Sheriff's Office is looking to hire full-time Deputies which may include assignments in Patrol, Investigations, Court Security, and Corrections.

This position pays $29.26 - $45.19 hourly depending on experience along with the following benefits :

You start your law enforcement career by completing POST academy. While the physical fitness requirements are challenging, you thrive on that challenge.

Physical fitness testing requirement :
QUALIFICATIONS FOR DEPUTY
At least 21 years old for LEO(Law Enforcement Officer)
and has legal authorization to work in the United States.
No experience necessary!
We will sponsor new hires through POST(Peace Officer Standards Training) academy, providing paid training.
LAW ENFORCEMENT WORK SCHEDULE
Schedules vary and include overtime . This is a 24 / 7 operation including nights and weekends.
